On Factions and Organizations
« on: January 23, 2011, 02:30:05 PM »
After multiple concerns raised over players belonging to multiple factions, including two suspected players creating alternate accounts to simply have OOC access to certain forums, we have decided to lay down the following guidelines. We believe they are more than fair.

1. Each and every character you play can belong to up to 2 factions. (IC ramifications aside, such as spreading yourself too thin)

2. Those that want to belong to more will be expected to provide reasons to Senior DMs as to why they need to be in more.
This will include those currently within 3 or more factions. You may be expected to choose between some of them, but there will be some exceptions.

3. Any player with access to 3 or more faction forums across any number of characters will be requested on regular intervals to report if all characters are active due to recent metagaming concerns from players. In these cases if we do not see them as being active on a regular basis in their factions, they may be removed at the discretion of the DMs involved, and you will be requested to then hand in all items gathered or purchased from the faction accordingly.

Gune: "Does this look familiar? Do you know what it is? Neither do I. I made it last night in my sleep. Apparently I used Gindrogac. Highly unstable. I put at button on it. Yes. I wish to press it, but I'm not sure what will happen if I do. "

Egon, this reminds me of the time you tried to drill a hole through your head. Remember that?
