A majority of Syl'vae retreated into the mountains over 500 years ago, though they are still seen as residents of many of the towns and villages across Eramere.

Since the Severance, the Overseers have not answered any direct prayer or call for blessings. Clerics, Warsancts, and others are no longer seen in Eramere. Other indirect paths still function, such as Bards, Druids, Spirit Shamans, and more.
High Reaches was invaded by Halmoria centuries ago, before being abandoned after the events of the Severance.
Strange mechanical creatures (automatons) have been spotted on the Amalthean Coast, in the Accentian Hills, and Amber Bay. Rumours tie them to THIMBLE.
Caravans are still going missing on the roads. It appears that bandits, and strange undead, and dire creatures, are to blame in separate cases - most recently more bandits.
Rumours speak of a talking man of stone who spoke of a way to bring the Overseers back.
A tiny gold dragon attempts to make its home in Amber Bay.
A cult focused on the Dark One and Undead swept Eramere. Sightings have recently decreased.
A giant sandstorm sweeps through Eramere, ending up in the Tir'Ehtele.
A huge black dragon was seen rising from the swamp. Many connect it with the recent cult.
The Crimson Crusade has recently uncovered a slaver's auction, and is attempting to track and shut down all slavers involved.
